Your report content
Reports created in the app are user-created documentation only. They are not legal, insurance, safety, building-code, or compliance certifications. You are responsible for reviewing report content before storing, exporting, or sharing it.
You are responsible for the photos, captions, client details, business details, signatures, and reports you create, store, export, or share from the app.
Local-first scope
Polished Reports is designed for local use on one device. It does not provide cloud sync, team collaboration, client portals, public links, CRM, invoicing, payments, or tax features.
Polished Reports Pro
Pro unlocks unlimited active projects, unlimited report photos, all report templates, business branding, signature blocks, and watermark-free PDF exports.
Monthly and Yearly
Polished Reports Pro Monthly and Polished Reports Pro Yearly are auto-renewable subscriptions handled by Apple. Payment is charged to the Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions can be managed or canceled in App Store account settings.
Lifetime
Polished Reports Pro Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable purchase for the Apple ID used at purchase.
Product changes
Polished Reports may be changed, improved, or discontinued in future releases. Future features that collect data, add cloud services, or change the privacy posture will be reflected in updated policy text and App Store privacy details before release.
