Your data, clearly explained

Privacy Policy

Polished Reports is designed as a local-first iPhone app. This policy describes what stays on your device and the limited cases where another service is involved.

Effective July 28, 2026

Information stored on your device

Polished Reports stores projects, clients, captions, report settings, imported photos, thumbnails, annotations, signatures, generated PDFs, and business profile details locally on your device.

Polished Reports does not require an account.

No Polished Reports server uploads

Polished Reports does not upload job photos, client details, reports, captions, business profile data, or generated PDFs to a Polished Reports server.

Polished Reports does not include analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, crash reporting SDKs, or a backend service in this initial release.

Photos, reports, and sharing

Imported photos are copied into app-local storage so reports can be generated without changing the original photo library item. Exported reports and local data exports are shared only when you choose to share them through Apple system sharing.

In-app purchases

In-app purchases are handled by Apple using StoreKit. Polished Reports stores only local entitlement state needed to unlock Pro features in the app.

Support email

If you choose to email support, your message is handled by your email app and provider. Polished Reports receives only the information you decide to include in that email.

Exporting and deleting local data

Settings includes local data export and local data deletion. Delete removes app-local projects, photos, PDFs, captions, and business profile details, then restores the bundled sample project.
